Earlier on September 2k12, we were sought after to lend our hands and share our pockets for the education of S.Thangamayil, an eighth grader of 'Aundipatti Melapettai Hindu Nadar Uravinmurai Matric Hr. Sec. School'.Thangamayil is a bonafide student of the school with good conductand maintains 99% attendance.Her father expired a few months back and she's under the beaming care of her mom.Her mother manages to run the family by the income she gets by selling chocolates in street side.Its quite difficult for the family to survive and provide education under such misery and a low source of income.Despite these conditions, there is much desire for change: Her mother wants to educate the child.

The student's credentials are attached in photo gallery. The fees details for a year is also mentioned. Helping the girl with a year's fees for her studies will be appreciated and we've decided to gather money for this cause. Even though the barriers to her education are many, we believe they are not insurmountable.

As planned, the collected amount was given to help the girl to pay her fees. A year has been over and we were concerned about her academic performance for the past year. When inquired, we were happy to know that she outperformed her last year's work and is taking all the pain to excel in her studies.
